Welcome to Roy Water Conservancy Subdistrict! As we complete our website, you will find valuable Subdistrict information such as user rates, yearly fees, pressure maps, and service areas just to name a few.

We will post demonstration xeriscape information and pictures from our sample garden at the Subdistrict offices. We have gathered some very useful and exciting information about this new low water trend in landscaping.
