Welcome!

Roy Water Conservancy District provides secondary irrigation water to most of Roy and parts of Hooper and West Haven cities.

The District was created in 1965 and has been in operation for over 50 years.  The District is a limited purpose local government entity of the State of Utah, governed by Utah Code Title 17B.

The delivery system is largely pressurized by gravity, although pumping is required to provide pressure to the area of the system on the east side of the railroad tracks.  Roy Water Conservancy District provides no pressure regulation on the system, so customers must provide their own.

* Secondary water will be turned off September 20, 2021 *

If water usage increases, the water will be turned off earlier as our supply will be diminished.  As temperatures begin to drop, please adjust your watering schedule accordingly.  Your landscape should need no more than one or two irrigations per week as it cools down.
