2600 WEST WATERLINE & SERVICE LATERAL REPLACEMENT PROJECT

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:  The work consists of the construction of approximately 960 l.f. of 6" C900 PVC waterline, connections to existing secondary main lines, abandoning an existing waterline in-place, removal and replacement of existing service laterals, temporary asphalt patching, landscaping repair, and all other work necessary to construct the secondary water improvements complete.

LOCATION OF WORK:  The work is located in existing city streets in 2600 West Street between 5650 South and 5725 South in Roy City, Utah.

COMPLETION OF WORK:  All specified work shall be completed on or before April 1, 2020.

BID SECURITY:  Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent of the total bid price, made payable to Roy Water Conservancy District as guarantee that the bidder, if his big is accepted, will promptly execute the Contract, and furnish a satisfactory, faithful performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract price and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract price.

RECEIPT OF BIDS:  Sealed bids will be accepted at the Office of Roy Water Conservancy District, 5440 Freeway Park Drive, Riverdale, Utah until 10:00 a.m. on February 5th, 2020, for the 2150 West Secondary Waterline and Service Lateral Replacement Project, Phase 2, for Roy Water Conservancy District.

OPENING OF BIDS:  Bids will be publicly opened at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 5th, 2020, at the aforementioned office of Roy Water Conservancy District.
