Goal #4 - West Side Recapture Plans

The District has evaluated the recapture of tail water for its beneficial use along the West Boundary.  Property has been purchased for the detention basin and the pump station.  The collection system, pump station, and detention basin has been designed, and the District plans to move forward with this project when needs become more firm.  The projected timeline for construction to begin on this project will be in five to six years.

UPDATE:  Because of the recent acquisition of additional water sources from Roy City and Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, plans for the West Reservoir have been abandoned.
