Goal #5 - Develop Additional Water Rights

With the identification of the West Side Recapture and the development of the water rights, Roy Water Conservancy District will have met their near-term needs, and it will not be necessary to go into the market for additional sources of water.

UPDATE:  Because of the recent acquisition of additional water sources from Roy City and Weber Basin Water Conservancy District, plans for the West Reservoir have been abandoned.
