Goal #6 - System Evaluation

Opportunity for the District to concurrently evaluate the system and operations may be achieved through a system evaluation to improve:

• Managing capacity and leakage
• Maximize storage
• Preparation for peak usage times

The District will establish measurement criteria, data collection, and evaluation guidelines for this review.  From this data, the District will be in a position to prepare a prioritized list of system improvements with their respective returns on investment (ROI).  A timetable can be generated for the implementation of these system improvements.

A large portion of the system evaluation needs to be an analysis of the efforts.  The Water Restriction Resolution, adopted by the Board of Trustees, will have a positive effect on the system, capacities, and operations.  The District will engage its engineers for this analysis.
