Rules & Regulations

A
tremendous amount of care goes into maintaining the gardens, yards,
and ponds. Please instruct everyone in your group to stay on
the sidewalks and grassy areas only. DO NOT pick the
flowers, play on the rocks, or play in the flower beds. DO
NOT throw rocks or put anything in the ponds.

Hours of operations are
10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Tuesday through Saturday), and 12:30 p.m.
to 4:30 p.m. on Sundays.

Reservations will be
accepted at Roy Water Conservancy Subdistrict offices (5440 South
Freeway Park Drive, Riverdale UT) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday. You may also call the Subdistrict at
(801) 825-9744.

For groups of up to 50
people, reservation charges are $35.00 to reserve the area, plus a
$100.00 cleaning deposit, which will be refunded if the area is left
clean and undamaged.

For large parties,
wedding, and receptions, reservation charges are $100.00 to reserve
the area, plus a $100.00 cleaning deposit, which will be refunded if
the area is left clean and undamaged.

The restrooms are
provided for your convenience. Please leave them clean and
undamaged.

No alcoholic beverages
are allowed on the premises.

No animals or pets are
allowed on the premises, except for service animals.

No sports are allowed on
the premises, i.e. volleyball, baseball, soccer, football, Frisbee,
etc.

Skateboards, roller
blades, and bicycles are not allowed within the grounds or the
parking lots.

No overnight camping is
allowed.
-
No motorized vehicles
are allowed on the grounds except for the disabled.

In order to have your
entire cleaning deposit refunded, you will need to leave the area
neat and clean, and have all trash disposed of in the supplied
receptacles.

Roy Water Conservancy
Subdistrict will not guarantee the reservation if the group is not
present at the time stated.
